Small Group Fitness Training
We have several Small Group Training options here at Real Life Fitness. All sessions are facilitated by our Certified Personal Trainers.
When 2 or 3 people work out together, the session price decreases and the compliance increases as you are held accountable to a workout partner.
Are you a motivated individual that has no problem exercising, but need some variety in your workout routine? Or maybe you show up to workout, but don’t really know what to do? If so, Fitness Programming is what you need! We spend 3 to 4 weeks, meeting twice per week for an hour of coaching and training, leaving you with a plethora of exercises and good form to boot!
Sport Specific Conditioning And Circuit Training
We offer an endless variety of sport training. Our equipment and talented staff combine to create a unique advantage over other training facilities. In addition to one-on-one training, we offer custom designed Sport Circuit Training to improve specific skills for athletic teams.
Pre-Surgical, Post Rehab and Medically Necessary Exercise
If your medical professional has suggested this type of exercise program, you are in the right place here at Real Life Fitness. We have the equipment, education and experience to allow for the best possible outcome.
We are available to speak to your school, club or organization on a variety of health and fitness topics. We also offer exercise workshops at our facility or we will come to yours.

We can work with you at our studio, out of doors, in your home or at your office – you choose!
We perform an initial fitness assessment on all new clients prior to training. Scott will review your health history, help you establish realistic goals and create a custom training schedule for you designed to achieve your fitness goals. Periodic reassessments will be performed as needed to measure progress.
The ultimate in personalized convenience. You will be assigned two trainers and they will be ready with a customized workout just for you. In order to be effective, it is recommended that you train a minimum of two times per week with your trainers and at least once a week on your own with our direction.
If your goals include improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced blood pressure and/or weight loss, Cardio Conditioning may be just what you need. This can be done inside or outside – as a stand alone service or in combination with other types of training. Let one of our trainers help you learn how to work in the appropriate heart rate zone to achieve maximum results! Cardio Conditioning is available in half (up to 30 minutes) and full (31 – 55 minutes) sessions.
