GRAVITYGroup™ Sessions at the Studio

See GravityGroupTM Sessions.  Our small group personal training Gravity sessions utilize the unique functions of our Gravity Training System to provide an efficient and thorough workout in approximately thirty minutes. Several different intensity levels and formats are offered at various times in the schedule. Each participant works at his/her chosen level of resistance on their own machine, while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie of a small group setting. Class size is limited to six (6), allowing the personal attention so essential to the personal training experience.

GRAVITY LAUNCH - The Launch class is perfect for individuals that are new to, or just returning to an active lifestyle that prefer to start out with longer transitions and a lower level of intensity. Clients will receive the same total body workout as Gravity I in this 30 - 35 minute class.simply at a more relaxed pace.

GRAVITY l - This small group class is a 30 - 35 minute, high energy, total body workout designed to increase cardio, strength and endurance on the GTS. Each class will benefit upper and lower body muscles as well as core.

GRAVITY II - This class is designed for individuals already participating in Gravity classes and is more challenging, faster paced and higher in intensity and skill level. The majority of this 30 - 35 minute class is still done on the GTS, but will incorporate more advanced moves.

GRAVITY CHALLENGE
- This is another level II class - perfect for our experienced Gravity participants who want a more intense cardio workout thrown in the mix! This 30 - 35 minute class will include interval training - moving on and off the GTS at a challenging pace.

GRAVITY FUSION - This 30 - 35 minute class is designed for every fitness level. Designed to keep your body guessing, this class may include Pilates, stretching or extra core and stability work. Perfect for those clients looking for some variety in their workout routine!

CARDIO QUEST AND CARDIO CHALLENGE

Join the "Quest" for a leaner, healthier body and have some FUN with this indoor circuit style cardio workout. This challenging 30 minute class will be different every time you take it - helping you to achieve a higher level of cardio vascular fitness in no time. All fitness levels welcome.

Come face the "Challenge" - Interval training has never been this fun! Try this 30-40 minute workout to jump start your body from the inside out. Simple moves - perfect for all levels of fitness.

Zumba

Zumba!Latin, salsa, hip hop, rumba - if this music makes you want to move, this fun 45 minute class is perfect for you! Enjoy this fun, easy to follow, cardio workout and watch the pounds melt away! Pre-registration is required. Small group (limit 8).

Yoga Sessions at the Studio
Taste of Yoga, One-on-One Yoga and Bite of Yoga

    Yoga Sessions at the Studio!Taste of Yoga: Marilyn will lead a small group (limit 10) in a series of poses for beginners. Half hour sessions.
  • Emphasizing stretching, toning and strength, these poses will help you gain a new awareness of your body. Pre-registration is required.

    One-on-One: Schedule a private one on one yoga training with Marilyn. Half session or full session. Target your goals - strength, stretch or flexibility, and create a practice that helps you stay toned, strong and peaceful.

    Yoga Bite: For Marilyn's clients only - add 15 minutes of yoga to your regular appointment. Try a couple of poses and see what yoga can do for you and your body - and peace of mind!
