ONE - ON - ONE PERSONAL TRAINING


Initial Assessment

We require all new clients to go through our initial assessment prior to training. This fee includes periodic reassessment (approx. every 3 months) at no charge.
 


Fitness Consulting

If you would like to hire one of our trainers to help you on an hourly basis with absolutely no time commitment, then this may be for you!
 


Fitness Programming

Not ready for a personal trainer on a daily basis but want to benefit from a professional’s knowledge? This individualized workout is sure to ‘jump start’ your fitness goals! Includes 2 sessions of approximately 2 ½ hours each PLUS an additional 1 hour follow-up after 6 weeks.
 


MONTH - AT - A - TIME
   

The rates for training will vary based on the total number of sessions you schedule each month. In order to take advantage of these special package rates, all sessions must be used as scheduled. The exact session length will be determined by your physical condition and exercise experience.



If you schedule 1 - 6 sessions per month, the rate will be as follows :
Full sessions no PowerPlate (approx 55 min.)
Full sessions with PowerPlate (approx 40min.)

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Just like in one - on - one training, the rates for semi-private training will vary based on the total number of sessions you schedule each month. In order to take advantage of these special package rates, all sessions must be used as scheduled.


If you and your partner schedule 7 -10 sessions per month, the rate will be as follows :
Full sessions no PowerPlate (approx 60 min.)
Full sessions with PowerPlate (approx 55 min.)


$90 = $45 per person

If you and your partner schedule 11+ sessions per month, the rate will be as follows :
Full sessions no PowerPlate (approx 60 min.)
Full sessions with PowerPlate (approx 50 min.)

You can combine full sessions, half sessions, studio, in-home, semi-private and private sessions to take advantage of the lower rates listed.

Special Programs


SHAKE IT OFF 12 WEEK PROGRAM
This exciting new comprehensive fitness program is designed to get results fast! Utilizing our exclusive Power Plate and it's whole body vibration technology, along with the supervision of our personal trainers, you will see and feel improvements in as little as fifteen minutes per session. Shake It Off combines cardio and resistance training along with fitness talks and nutrition coaching - all for one price. This twelve week program can be purchased for three sessions per week or four sessions per week.

Seasonal Programs


WALK THIS WAY
Learn how to walk effectively and get results with our walking program. "Walk This Way" runs May through October. Sign up for a four week session with the option of walking four or eight times in that session. All sessions are supervised by two certified personal trainers, (one to lead, one to bring up the rear). Participants are required to wear a heart rate monitor and all levels of fitness are welcome. We will walk rain or shine and walks are planned for 45 to 60 minutes in length. Start locations will vary and pre-registration is required.

RLF Client: 4 - 7 times per session - $10each 8+ times per session - $8 each

CARDIO TENNIS
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group fitness program featuring drills to give players of all abilities the ultimate, high-energy workout. This program is taught by Dave Eubanks, Certified Personal Trainer and USPTA Tennis Pro.

Monthly sessions run April through October. Sign up for 1 to unlimited classes per session. Ages 10 and up, any fitness level, eight people max per class. Pre-registration is required. Sport Specific Conditioning and Circuit Training
We offer an endless variety of sports training at Real Life Fitness. Our outrageously equipped studio (Woodway Treadmills, PneuMex Unweighting System, Power Plate, Vertimax, just to name a few) offers a unique advantage over other training facilities. Combine that with our talented staff and you have a recipe for winning! In addition to one-on-one training we offer Sport Circuit Training for athletic teams.
